The new arrivals are already little troublemakers. Here they are nibbling on my grass and checking out the sprinkler. Too bad I wasn't in position to turn it on.My Trader Joe's orchid is blooming just in time for my vacation to Portugal. I spent the day arranging my pots and setting up my sprinkler system. I now have 7 timers!

Have you ever heard of Lo-Gro Sumac? I hear it is fairly deer resistant and does well in shade or sun. It has fall color and berries too! I am excited about it and purchased it for my garden. Good luck-though they are cute!
Beautiful orchids. Cute fawns, glad I don't have to discourage them from the garden, too. I've already got my hands full with wild turkeys and bunnies!
